We want you to love your Annoor purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Products must be in their original packaging and in unused or gently used condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Return

Email us at support@annoor.biz (or your preferred contact) with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll provide simple instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use their own return shipping label.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

There is no restocking fee for returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

We cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
